RED HOT ROXY WINS FIRST UP AT 3 Yrs

RED HOT ROXY won first up as a 3 yr old filly at Pinjarra on Monday 20th Feb, with a great patient drive in the breeze by Gary Hall jnr. Probably expected to lead but that didn’t happen and Jnr was very patient taking her slowly to the traditional breeze position. A commentator was heard to say “they didn’t think Jnr would panic in the middle of a cyclone”! Well done great training Kat.

Last- Sunday at trials ROCK ME OVER (Rock N Roll Hanover/Benjor Maddy Lombo) with Kat Warwick won his trial and qualified –so we can probably look for him racing soon.

SPORTS MAN (Sportswriter/ Luck Has It) received his name last Friday so Ross Olivieri, had him added to the educational trials and he ran 3rd, doing it quite easily. Photos- gold colours at the back of field for the start and four back in running.

PRINCESS MAJOR – what a run to finish 3rd on debut at Bunbury last Saturday night, in a funny run race where there was exceptional speed early and she did some chasing, and then exceptional speed the last half. Everyone should be so proud of her performance also.

Last but not least, there was one more starter BETSHES PRECIOUS on Tuesday at Gloucester Park- she’s not having much luck lately and that continued with being severely checked in running, but still managing to run on and finish a very good fourth in the circumstances.
